Could On And Off Pain Under Breastbone When Hungry With History Of Having GERD Suggest Ulcer?

Hi, I have pain under my breastbone down to my navel area. The pain comes and goes. It seems to come on if I'm hungry and a while after I eat. I also have GERD and take Prilosec in the am and pm. I had a blood test for H pylori a year ago and it was negative. Should I see my Gastro Dr. again? Could I possibly have an ulcer?
