Hello, As per, you complain sore throat, red swollen tonsils, and swollen tender lymph node in the neck along with red spots on my soft palate can be due to bacterial or viral throat infection. It can also be due to infection in throat secondary to oral sex if proper hygiene is not maintained leading to bacterial infection. I would suggest you take antibiotics like Levofloxacin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, do warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room.
