Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
Going through your query it seems to me you have injured your pharynx. Because of negative pressure during the oral sex you must have tear pharyngial mucosa. As mouth and throught have bacteria always there when they find compromised mucosa they start growing cause infection as well as inflammation.
You need to use chlorhexidene mouthwash two to three times daily.
If it is too annoying you need to take Azithromycin 500mg once a day for three days
Hope you will be fine soon.

Regards..........
