Could Pain And Cold Sensation In One Of The Toes Be A Sign Of Diabetes?
I know I have high blood pressure and low cholesterol, I also drink a lot of coffee with a lot of cream and sugar. recently my big toes and the one next to them have been feeling really cold and sometime hurt a little. I was wondering if it could be diabetes?
Yes, it could be a sign of high sugars. Please check your fasting and post prandial sugars. If these values are de-ranged then you would require treatment. In meantime as a healthy life style change please avoid high sugars in the diet and exercise (walking) for minimum 30-40 minutes a day.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
