Could Pain And Discomfort In Throat And Ears Be A Result Of Pull Up Exercises?
I have been noticing some pain/discomfort on the left side of my throat when swallowing. I have also been experiencing mild pain in the back of my neck and some discomfort in my ears. I have recently started working out again and am wondering if the pain can be a result of the pull ups that I have been doing.
Hi,your symptoms are not a result of the pull-ups that you are doing.
You might be suffering from mild Upper Respiratory Tract Infection. You might get relief with Decold medication (if you are not hypertensive),Antacid (like rantac) ,warm saline gargles.
Hope this answers your question.Take Care.
