Could Pain During Intercourse And Mild Itching Suggest Recurring Chlamydia?

I have gotten treated for chlamydia twice and this last time I waited about a month and some before having protected sex. I bled during intercourse but I am supposed to be starting my period soon and I also had pain in some positions during sex. There s also an itch that seems to be there but when I look for it, it cannot be found.
