Could Pain In Abdomen Be Due To Problem In Gall Bladder?

I ve been having stomach problems for almost a year (I m 70yr old female) off and on - some foods (bread, noodles) seem to affect me worse than others. I had an MRI done with that stuff you drink and it goes through your system and it appears from that (per my doctor) there are no polyps (sp?) or other internal problems with the stomach and intestine. I usually weigh 108-110 (5 5 tall). I work fulltime and exercise (treadmill, elliptical, etc) 3-4 times a week. I m wondering if I could have some gall bladder problems? Or something else my Dr. is missing? I broke my left wrist 2012, had to have it re-broken and had bone from right hip to wrist. When in hospital, my right hip fractured where the bone graft was done - so I was a mess for a while. I think there was some nerve damage in the hip upper right leg - still affecting me. I take gabapentin and occasional pain meds (aleve, Tylenol).
