I apparently had a grade 2 ankle ligament tear about three months ago, but sypmtoms were more like grade 3 as i was on crutches for three weeks and the pain was awful. Anyway i have been back in the gym but have been minimising any running but have been on the cross trainer, as well as using a wobble board and the bike. but now i am getting pain up the outside of my ankle up my leg, it is a constant aching and feels stiff. Is this something to worry about and do i have to get back to the doctors or physio?
