General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Heart problem is associated with breathing difficulty, sweating and heaviness in middle of chest. The anti-inflammatory drug you are taking can cause heart burn. along with relief of back ache. You can try tab Gelusil maps over the counter. Suck it to have relief from burning and burn. Still to have a consultation of heart specialist to exclude heart pain would be relieving doubt in your mind. Thus, give you full relief.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
