General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From your description, I am of the opinion that It may be a sign of pregnancy. But you will have to check for HCG test. To be sure Transvaginal ultrasound will show gestational sac at 5th week for further confirmation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
