Could Pain In Back Between Shoulder Blades Be A Sign Of Heart Attack?

I am severely anemic female 44 y/ o. Hemoglobin 7.9. I am having bouts of pain radiating in back between shoulder blades and intermittent right flank pain. Had a chest X-ray and VQ scan this past Tuesday negative for pulmonary emboli. Could these bee signs of a heart attack?

Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! Regarding your concern, I recommend a resting ECG and some blood tests (including cardiac enzymes), to rule our any ischemic heart disease. It doesn't seem to be a sign of heart attack, nevertheless, it would be wise to consult with your doctor (internist or GP) for a differential diagnosis of your pain, and some additional tests (blood tests and imagine studies).
Hope to have been helpful to you. Greetings! Dr. Iliri
