Could Pain In Buttocks Be A Matter Of Concern?

Hi...7am I fell onto icey step along with 6 more till I reached ground! I m 41...5,4 about 179 p....I fell onto my right butt cheek and it s starting to burse and hard place coming up.... What signs should I look for that I would need to be seen by dr...it really hurts...it s been 7 hrs..

See, falling from stairs and hurting your buttock might or might not be that serious. Do the following-
Restrict movement.
Apply cold compression.
Take tab aceclofenac-thiocolchicoside twice daily for 5 days.
Take tab pantoprazole 40 once daily for 5 days.

If pain does not reduce, get an X-ray pelvis done and consult an orthopedician.
