Could Pain In Elbow Be Due To Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?

Yes,I have moderate pain to sometimes sever pain in my left elbow when I lift anything straight out in front of me. Approx. anything over 15lbs, but straight up from the ground any anything over my head is just fine. I also have pretty severe case of carpel tunnel in both hands. Could this be due to that? I exercise daily and have had no recent injury s that would suggest it is from that.
