Could Pain In Joints Be The Symptom Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I stopped my micrognon pill 2 weeks ago. I had a little bleed about a week ago. I also have hypermobility and my joints have gotten bad when i was on the progesterone only pill before. They were fine when i was on the combined pill or without though. I was just wondering if my joints getting bad could be a sign of pregnancy? I have also had a weird feeling belly all week. The joint pain is also different to what im used to. its not just in my shoulders but now in my back, and wrists as well. I have only had unprotected sex 4 times since coming off the pill (twice before the bleed and twice after). Im not sure if its possible considering where i am in my menstrual cycle. I understand its too early to test positive

Dear thanks for the question.

Joint pain is not common in early pregnancy. In late pregnancy one can get knee joint pain due to extra weight.
