Could Pain In Lower Abdomen Be Due To Elevated CA Levels?

I get pain like I have been kicked in the stomach and a dull constant gnawing pain to the right side of my belly button I also have lower tummy pain which I have had a scan for showing a fibroid and an injection to shrink my ovaries my blood count was up ca125 to 40 but is this related to the horrid pain on the right side of belly button I think there is something else going on and need to see a tummy doctor as well as a gynocologist !

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the pain that you have may not be due to ovaries but it could be due to injury only, and in my opinion first it is to be taken under consideration later comes the ovary or cyst, and for this nothing much can be done because it may regress on its own, right now you can see the general surgeon for abdomen injury because this could be matter of concern, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
