Could Pain In Shoulders ,soreness In Arms And Burning In Mouth Be Caused By HIV?

I had a sexual encounter with someone know to have the hiv virus I am now experiencing severe pain in my shoulders burning in my mouth and also my arms are feeling sore and when I sleep at night the pain goes away and when I rise in the morning it resumes the next day

No you have symptoms due to some other llness. Symptoms of hiv infection are chronic diarrhoea, persistent fever, weaknesses,frequent infection, lymphnode enlargement etc. But if you hsve doubt then its wise to go through hiv testing once. Go for confirmatory test like p24 antigen test of pcr and make surd that yoj are safe.
