Could Pain In Sides Of C-section Scar Be A Side Effect Of Exercise?
Hi, i have delivered the baby via c- section around 13 weeks ago. i have started yoga and walking and little abdomen excercise. However, now i feel little pain in the sides of my scar. do i need to stop exercise or its just a side effect of exercise which i need to ignore.

hello,welcome to healthcare magic forum. it is because of exercise you are getting pain need not to stop exercise keep doing regular exercise properly as improper exercise also cause pain as well as do not do vigorous exercise,light yoga and aerobic exercise will be helpful in your condition thank you take care bye
