General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
I would like to know
# since how long you are having the problem
#is there any history of diabetes high BP or any other co morbidity
#About your age

I see such patients in my clinic I would advise them for corrective surgery if individual wishes for that or supportive care by physiotherapy and other life style modifications like
weight reduction
correction of posture and gait
Avoid prolonged sitting or.use of proper cushion

Hope this addresses your question
You can ask.me a direct question I will happily answer you
wishing you good health
