Could Pain In Upper Back Spreading To All Parts Below Arms, Shoulders, Neck, Jaws And Chest Be Due To Gas?
i have upper back pain spredaing to alll parts below the arms soulders ..neck area..even somtimes in the jaws..the pain is also spreading to the fromt near the chest..and ribs...the pin is not too intense,,,,,near tabbing and niggling pain..experiencing to much gas in the body it feels.....

I dont think so...as gases mainly cause abdominal pain radiating to back...it may be myositis what you have ...take analgesic and conplete rest and see what happens
