Could Pain In Upper Center Of Chest Be A Symptom Of Heart Attack?

hellow doctor,
I am having chest pain at the upper center of my chest since 2 days.
some time i feel pain at the upper center of my back. Usually the degree of pain varies with the different position taken while sitting. And now I am having pain in my upper left jaw. What should I do ?, Is it a symptom any kind of heart deases ?

I can understand your concern.
Since your chest pain is associated with position and movements, it is less likely due to cardiac diseases. Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid movements causing pain.
3. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
4. Take painkiller like ibuprofen.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Don't worry, you will mostly improve with all these in 2-3 days.
If not improving after 2-3 days then consult doctor.
