Could Painful And Burning Urination Be Due To Bacterial Infection?

I very recently have become concerned about the state of my vagina after having a mild sexual experience. I was fingered over my clothing by a partner and then fingered myself without clothing. Soon after, I found that urinating has become slightly painful, and I m not sure if this is because I may have tore some skin in the process of this sexual act, or have another issue. I fear bacterial infections after suffering one in the same area as a child. Thoughts?
