Hi doctor I've been under a tremendous amount of stress and Anxiety lately and recently I woke up one night with a numbmess tingling pins and neednlea feeling in my hands and feet it subsided it my hands it comes and goes but is still in my feet and causes this sensation , it's not painful just very uncomfortable and scary , could this potentially be anxiety even if the symptoms stock around
