Could Pressure And Stabbing Pain In Back Be Related To Cyst In Ovary?

I ve had sharp stabbing pain in my side for about 3 months. Just last week I started feeling pressure ony spine. Mid-back, lower and neck..sort of moves around. Uncomfortable pressure...not pain. Ultrasound found 6cm cyst in my ovary. Could back pressure be related at all? I had similar pressure 10 years ago with gallstones. I m 36...no kids.
