Could Pricking Pain In Heart Going Down In Legs And Feet In A Child Be Pinched Nerves?

My four year old son said there is a bunch of needles in his heart. Then the pain starts coming down on husband legs and then his feet. He said it feels like someone is poking him and it hurts. Should I be worry? I am not sure what to look up? Could if be a pinched nerves?

Hello, chest pain in a four year old child is not a usual or common symptom. Some of the causes include asthma, pleuritis, cardiac disease, heartburn. All of these should be evaluated by a physician.
