Could Prolonged Cough With Little Blood Mean Scar On Lungs?

Hi,doc last month I went to the doctor because I have a 2 weeks cough and I am scared that I have a tb disease already because iam coughing with the blood also but is just a little amount 3 times early when I am woke in the morning,.I am expected that the doctor checked my chest xray but she did not,now I am worried because this coming month schedule of my medical to work abroad?doc if there is a possible that l have a scar in my lungs,.thks
