Could Prolonged Diarrhea And Vomiting In A Child Indicate Flu?

My son is five and had 6 days of diarrhea and vomited twice. He was fine yesterday and most of today. However right before bed he vomited again. He has never been sick this long before. Should I take him to the pediatrician tomorrow or does this sound like a flu virus?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, diarrhea in this group if does not have fever, severe vomiting, abdominal pain then this is nothing to worry, frequency of diarrhea of 4 to five in day without any dehydration may be normal one and this may not needs any treatment but of course hydration is matters, but in case of associated symptoms as said above it need to be seen clinically, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
