Could Pulsating Blood Veseels, Shakiness And Dizziness Indicate Dehydration?

I am having a problem sometimes when I lay down I can feel the vessels in my body pulsating.. Also I have the shakes while also being dizzy. Thought I might be dehydrated so drank a lot of water and some fluid such as apple juice within a few hours started feeling better. Could it just be dehydration. Took my blood pressure and it was 138 over 86.

Your blood pressure is normal , normally also some vessels of the body can be felt in thin built persons. So what you are saying are not a signs of dehydration but signs of anxiety. You try to relax yourself.
