Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe it appears to be the heart failure at the begening, may be due to the stenosis, and regurgitation of heart valves.other causes may be the anemia, or hyper vitaminosis vitamin B complex. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to assist the medication. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
