Hi, Normally, I am very cautious with the following recommendation, but in this case we must take into consideration your allergy against NSARs (Ibuprofen is one of them). Skin reactions under Nucoxia are possible, and it’s not a first line medication for menstrual pain. Therefore pls. ask your family doctor to prescribe you Tilidine at the lowest possible dose for the shortest possible time. Tilidine is a weak opioid, highly effective and with little to no side-effects. However, when you use it too long it may cause a nasty opioid addiction.
