"I took my daughter to the doctor's office about three and a half weeks ago about a rash on her hands. The doctor said it could be scabies but I wasn't sure because it wasn't red or itchy. I obtained a second opinion and that doctor said it was probably eczema. The rash has now spread to her arms, chest and belly. NOne of us have been treated but have not caught the rash. Could this be scabies? If not what could it be?
