Could Recurrent Fever Be Due To Over Exertion?

My brother has had a fever since 5 days ago. For three days it averaged from 101 to 103. It spiked at 104 and we administered an advil. Previously two tylinol were given when it reached 103, at two separate times. The forth day, yesterday, his fever was gone. He went to tae kwon do. Today his fever is back at 101. Is this just because he overexerted himself last night?

Hi,
Fever of 101 is high grade, exertion will never cause fever of so high grade,
He will have to undergo some investigation like urine analysis,
Complete blood count,
Periferal smear for malarial parasite and opinion,
And his cause of fever should be evaluated,
Visit a physician get your investigation done and get symptoms evaluated,
