General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.
Thank you for contacting HCM.

I have gone through your question and I understand your concern. The urine routine test report point towards the possibility of UTI ( urinary tract infection). If I were the treating physician I would like to run urine culture test to find out the appropriate antibiotic for the treatment.
In accordance to the urine culture report I would treat your daughter with antibiotic and antipyretic such as paracetamol for the fever. In the meantime maintain a good hydration level and good hygiene of your daughter.

I would recommend you consult your local physician for detailed clinical evaluation and further management accordingly along with dosage calculation of medicines according to your daughter's weight.

I hope this answers your query. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns.
Wishing you and your daughter good health.
