Could Recurring Pain In Chest With Shortness Of Breath In A Teenager Be Just Anxiety Attacks?

I m a 19 year old female (120 lbs. 5 7 ) use to be really fit and active with sports but ever since college I have been living a more sedentary/lightly active life style. I have had chest pains off and on for years now which has became more frequent within the past year so last November I went to the doc where I had blood work and an EKG but everything came out normal and was diagnosed with generalized anxiety/panic attacks and referred to therapy and prescribed Zoloft but stopped going and didn t take the pills because I couldn t convince my self that it was only anxiety causing my symptoms. Since then my chest pain has gotten worse(sometimes its a dull ache while other times its a sharp stabbing pain) I sometimes have shortness of breath, left arm pain and weird fluttery/extra beat palpitations so I called my doc again and she did more blood work that reviled high rbc (5.05) and low mcv(79) but I guess it was to close to normal to worry about it and I had to wear a 24 hr. holter monitor which also came out normal. Since then I have still been experiencing symptoms on and off like yesterday I was at the mall shopping with friends and out of no where my chest started feeling heavy and I started to get sweaty and dizzy then when I came home I went to sleep and now today my chest just has an achy feeling. Should I trust that its only anxiety or should I ask for more tests to be done I m really starting to get concerned. Thank You
