General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi ther !
Thanks for contacting the expert team of professionals at HCM. I am your physician to help you out. In my expert opinion it may be the start of changes that may lead to carcinoma. Use spf60 sunscreen lotion on exposed areas ofthe face and ur ears & hands when going ouf in sunlight. U may delay or prevent it from happening until unless there is a genetic mutation which is causing the issue. Take multivitamins 1daily for 3months especially some brand with antioxidants in it.
Hope it helps you today. Give me a feedback at the end.
Regards !
