Could Reduced Filtration Rate Of Kidneys Be Due To Kidney Disease?

My medical exams states that my EGFR IS 75 ( i know the norm is 90) in 6/14 it was 65; in 2/12 it was 90. Does this refer to my kidneys? are they failing? Also, there is EGFRAA. What is this? My numbers are: in 2/15 (90) 6/14 (79) 2/12 (90) Am I headed for kidney disease?
