Could Rolling Of Eyes And Twitching Be Symptoms Of Seizures?

I was in PE when I passed out and smashed the back of my head on the floor and my classmates told me my eyes rolled back and i was twitching... i don t know how long i was out but when i awoke i was very dazed and confused. Can you tell me if i had a seizure and if it could be possible for it to re occur.

It could be a seizure attack. .
It could be due to hypoglycemia or could be epilepsy.
Consult the general physician for proper evaluation and investigation if necessary..
