Could Round Bumpy Rash On Thigh Indicate Ptyriasis Rosea ?

my 9 yr old daughter was diagnosed with ptyriasis rosea last july(2011) .She had the rashes for about 6 months; now there are still a few dark patches on her legs and today I noticed a round bumby rash on her thigh, just like rosea. Is it possible that it is the same condition?
