Could Scars On The Back Be Due To Severe Itching?

I just noticed I have spider veins & what appears to be scratches on my upper back. I so have dry skin & have used a back scratcher. Could this have caused it. I also have one spot near my bra strap that itches, however I really can t see what it is.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having allergic rashes produced by some insect bite.
Take antihisttamine medicine like Cetrizine or Benadryl for 2-3 days.
Apply triple action cream or calamine lotion locally.
Ok and take care.
