Could Severe Acid Reflux Be Due To Ulcers In Small Intestine?

Hi! Oy. I never thought I'd spill my medical problems on a public site like this...

In the past 2+ years, I have had some health issues that drs haven't been able to fully explain, and I'm just getting weary of feeling ill and not having answers. I know something is wrong with my body, but with no real answers I worry that it's all in my head :(

My dr ran some blood tests and I will find the results next week, but I wanted to know if there is anything else I should be asking about besides what he's doing.

Here's the deal:

I have episodes of month-long sicknesses where I am very succeptable to infections (sinus, ear, occasionally bronchitis) and am then put on antibiotics. I've noticed that the antibiotics really mess with my digestion and make me incredibly bloated and with perpetual diaharrea (sorry :/) so with fighting the infection and the digestion issues, I then get really painful headaches and find it difficult to sleep. I become exhausted and lethargic all day and become increasingly hungry. All of those I imagine could be from the poor sleep and stress, but I've wondered if those are all linked to why I get so sick in the first place.

My dr had some immunity tests done and also checked my vitamin D count, which has a history of being super low.

I've been to a gastroenterologist and rheumatologist, and between the two I've gotten only a handful of answers that don't seem to connect. I have acid reflux, a few ulcers in my small intestine, and a bend towards rheumatoid arthritis (a blood test indicated some inflammation, and I felt like they gave me that answer to appease me...the arthritis doesn't really bother me much).

The general dr I have now seems more willing to dig to the bottom of my issues than the others were...they put me on 9+ pills a day and sent me on my merry way. But I'm still worried about all my issues just not seeming to connect.

Am I missing something? Is there something all these drs aren't looking for that may be the key? I'm 25, newly married and looking forward to being a mom someday. I want to be healthy for myself, my husband, and our future family. I want answers so I can get better!

Any suggestions you have would be SO appreciated!
