As we ll as a large air space or lipoma just behind the calcification, measuring 7cm in length by 1.5cm width. I have very severe headaches and dizziness and also been diagnosed with mental health issues. What if any significance or roll could and of this play. Please advise. Deaprate. Thank you.
The said lesion can cause headache. Headaches caused by such lesions are usually more severe in morning hours, and on waking up from sleep, and may be associated with vomiting. You have not mentioned details of mental health issues or the exact diagnosis, but this can act as an exacerbating factor for the headache. Controlling this is important as well.
Treatment need a combined effort from neurologist, neurosurgeon and a psychiatrist. Your doctors will guide you in right direction. Be relaxed and confident. Keeping head end elevated while sleeping.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
