Could Severe Pain Below The Left Breast Be Due To Muscle Pull?

I have a severe pain right below my left breast. I was thinking it was a muscle pull? It has been about 2 weeks, today worse when I move. trying to decide 1. heat/cold 2. doctor visit or not? I remember moving to one side and feeling the pain beginning like a stitch in the side?

Dear friend,thank you for your consultation.looking into the the location and severity of pain I am telling you this can be due to some muscle pain locally in that area.certainly you can apply hot compress or hot water bottle ,it will give you some relief.apart from that if it does not give you enough relief you should see your GP for a clinical examination and X-Ray of below left breast region.I sincerely hope this will clinch the diagnosis and with proper treatment you will be cured of that pain very soon.my best wishes for you.thank you.
