My brother went to his cardiologist after many tests and was told his heart is functioning at 19% . He is sending him to an invasive cardiologist. In the meantime he has given him medication. It may take another 10 days. He has already been waiting since the beginning of March with shortness of breath, fullness in stomach and fatigue. Is this not serious and should be dealt with adapt via emergency?
