My boyfriend just got diagnosed with Pneumonia. I stay with him at his apartment almost every day and have been experiencing similar symptoms to him like shortness of breath, dizziness, feeling weak and fatigue. I can t walk 3 blocks up the street while talking on the phone without constantly running out of breath in the middle of the sentence and having to stop talking to take a deep, quick breath. Have also felt that my heart rate is faster than usual after walking a short distance or with any physical activity. No fever (I don t get fevers often with any sickness). Could this just be Bronchitis?
