Could Shortness Of Breath, Dull Chest Pain And Fatigue With Diagnosed Aortic Sclerosis Indicate Attack?

I recently was diagnosed with mild to moderate aortic sclerosis. I am a 34 year old and I have been on peritoneal dialysis for 6 years waiting for a kidney transplant. I am experiencing shortness of breath, dull chest pains and fatigue. I am going to the mayo clinic in one week to look into this more fully. With my symptoms, do I need to worry that I am going to have some kind of attack or episode in the next week?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi i read your query very carefully.

Yes you have to worry because this symptoms may show that your disease has progressed to more severe condition.

I suggest consulting your cardiologist to run an ECHO to evaluate the severity of aortic stenosis.

Hope it was of help!
