General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Situs inversus is a rare congenital anomaly, which is characterized by right sided heart and inversely rotated visceral organs of abdomen. Situs inversus does not affect pregnancy and you will conceive normally.
So there is no need to worry.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
