General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be due to haemorrhoids. Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated.

As of now, you can take laxatives like lactulose to smoothen your bowel movements.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
