Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...
As per your complain cocaine does not have a direct effect on the teeth but can affect indirectly as cocaine users have a tendency to grind their teeth which can lead to erosion of the enamel layer and can lead to sensitivity and soreness..
It also leads to inflammation in nasal lining as well as
sinuses land that can lead to sensitivity and soreness extending to gums and teeth..
You should avoid the intake of cocaine and use a desensitizing toothpaste for relief..
Do nasal douching and use saline drops..
In case if there is still no relief consult an oral physician and get evaluated and if required x rays of offending teeth can be taken to rule out the cause..
Hope this information helps..
