fenofibrate. You are experiencing the side effects of fenofibrate, side effects include muscle aches, cramps, pain,
stiffness, swelling or weakness. Feeling unusual tiredness or weakness also are the symptoms of side effect due to fenofibrate. You are suggested to get connected to a Physical therapist for

counselling to deal with stress and other things.
To relieve symptoms take Tramadol or Acetaminophen; do exercises and walking. Switching to a healthier lifestyle is necessary to control

triglyceride levels. Do regular walking in the morning and evening, and maintain a healthy weight. Take boiled food or food cooked in olive oil.
Avoid taking fried food, oily spicy food, refined flour, full fat dairy products, control your sugar intake, avoid taking sweets and desserts. Take food that is easily digestible, avoid taking red meat. Take lean meat, fish & food rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Get your
lipid profile tested every 45 days as you have strict control on your diet & are doing exercises. You will see that your cholesterol and triglyceride levels are falling. It will take some time, be perseverant, You will be happy with the results. However, for other medical conditions you should get routine tests done so that treatment can be started.
