Could Stomach Ache, Vomiting And Weakness Indicate Dehydration Or Heat Stroke?
My 21 year old son came down with a sudden stomach ache and is vomiting a lot. He s very pale and weak. He had been in the sun a lot today, could this be a sign of heat stroke or dehydration. At what point do we consider bringing him in to urgent care?

When he stops taking anything by mouth. Keep on giving him ORS - oral rehydration salt - or simply give lime water with salt, sugar and little sodium bicarbonate.
