Could Stomach Cramps Be Due To Gastric Ulcer?

how do u know if you have a stomach ulcer? a month ago i had a horrible stomach bug for a week. i randomly get sharp cramps in my stomach that make it hard to breathe. its been a month and im throwing up again. but able to keep most food down unlike before.

To be sure if you got a stomach ulcer or not, you have to get your self assessed possibly endoscopically by a gastro enterologist in your area. However till then with your present symptoms, you could go for a proton pump inhibitor and a probiotic drug. Also if you eat frequently from outside, it is better to refrain from this to avoid any kind of intestinal infection. It is better to go for more of roughage with plenty of liquids and avoid fried and oily food.

Hello! An outpatient procedure called Upper Gastrointestinal (UGI) Endoscopy should be able to tell you whether or not you have a stomach ulcer. You'll have to get in touch with a gastroenterologist for this procedure.
